How to start an Order?
COUNSELLING
1.) There is a lot to consider before ordering any test. Counseling is a conversation to look at relevant information about your health, lifestyle and medical history to determine the right action plan and ensure the test we offer is right for you. Work with your clinician or talk to us to decide if genetic testing is right for you.
ORDER THE TEST
2.) Upon ordering, we have to arrange specimen collection details and instructions. We can collect specimen either in person, at your home or at any place you are convenient. Your clinician and our medical team can then determine which set of genes or test suitable to your condition.
SPECIMEN COLLECTION
3.) Submit saliva or blood sample at our clinic, clinician office or even from home.
REVIEW OF RESULTS
4.) Once your sample arrives in our laboratory, confidential results will be available from your account within a few days depending on the test you order. You will receive a call from our medical team if there are any results that is a cause of concerns. Receive your results and discuss them with our medical team or your clinician.
ENGAGEMENT
5.) Our products are more than a test. We engage with our patients. We provide action plan and help you make sense of your results, and plan a path forward. If you test positive, share your results with your family.
