Payment Channels

What payment channels are supported by Genomed?

– Cash on Delivery:

Patient can pay cash for the test upon delivery of the kit. Please contact our clinic for details.

 
– Credit/Debit Card:

Patient can pay using all locally issued Mastercard or VISA credit/debit cards, provided that they are 3DS certified. Please contact our clinic for details.

For Credit/Debit card payments will be refunded to the respective card and will take  5-7 business days for credit cards and up to 45 days for debit cards depending on the bank.

 
– Online Banking:

Patient can pay at any Genomed supported online payment mediums, available from 6:00 AM – 8:59 PM. Please contact our clinic for details.

 
– Remittance/Payment Centers:

Patient can pay at any Genomed supported remittance and payment centers. Please contact our clinic for details.

 
– Over-the-Counter:

Patient can deposit payment on any Genomed supported Banks. Please contact our clinic for details.

 
– Bank Transfer:

Patient can perform an ATM transfer or i-Banking transfer to any of our Genomed bank accounts. Please contact our clinic for details.
